[1.5.2] Temporal Form Cannot Cancel Talent Targeting

Once you enter targeting for a temporal form talent, if you hit ESC to cancel, they will still cast.
EDIT: as a side note, temporal storm seems pretty useless as the damage is not high and it takes a full turn to cast and may only last 2 turns. I think making it instant cast would be a nice tiny buff to temporal form.
