ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

This may be intended, but Spectral Dash does not appear to function at all within vaults. Unlike the phase door ability, the "cannot be teleported to" tiles don't just bar you from crossing the threshold into the vault, they also bar any movement within the vault as well. A quick test just before posting reveals that it *does* allow you to move from inside the vault to a non-vault tile outside though.
