This is the first time I have had this happen. Autoexplore fails on the door with "checked door". Save:

Yeah... those are supposed to open automatically.

seing as you have opened the previous doors, its probably not it but.... have you tried disabling the probability travel?
asking all the questions! mo matter how stupid or obvious they seem, SOMEONE SOMEWHERE overlooked it.

The only way to open those particular doors was to dig them.
