[Fixed] Limmir not appearing in Valley of the Moon

It's been ages since I've done this quest but wasn't he supposed to spawn near the runestones in the Valley of the Moon when you give him the gem tome in Gates of Morning? Well he's not here. Had that happen to two characters.

Did you use the Limmir summoning item?

I knew I forgot something about this quest -_- That thing was here sitting in my inventory all the time :/ Thanks for clarifying.
