ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I used Channel Staff (spell crit) with prodigy/cunning Eye of the Tiger. It recharged the shared ego item cooldown as if it was a spell talent. Fixed artifacts are not affected.

I think this is fine, eye of the tiger is unimpressive enough as it is.
