No captcha on the website on contact/register pages

Hi,
It seems that the captcha on the contact page and register page are not available, making those page not working.

it seems to work now. Maybe I had no chance ? I tried with Windows/Firefox and OpenBSD/firefox and OpenBSD/chromium, yesterday and today.
