New computer, trying to figure out why TE4 isn't working on it.

Windows 7, AMD processor. http://imgur.com/a/QsSsM for overview, can give more details as needed. Willing to troubleshoot but not really even sure where to start.

Hum stragne, 1.4.8 doenst have the problem?
Also try moving away the whole c:/users/FOOBAR/T-engine folder and see if that helps

Renaming the user folder so ToME would regenerate it worked, thanks - troubleshot it and found the file causing the error, resolution.cfg in the settings folder

The text in it is:

window.size = '1902x1005 Windowed'

Any clue why that'd cause a freeze?

Hum seems harmless enough .. hum :/

Did some further testing. The game seems to function fine in fullscreen, crashed once but then was stable when trying borderless, but it seems that windowed format is where the issue is coming up. This computer has had issues with windowed programs before (Path of Exile) but this is still sort of vexing.

Is there anything I can do to help further test this?

Try to reproduce the same thing in 1.4.8 please

Same error occurs in 1.4.8 on this computer.

Checked; issue is reproducible on 1.4.0, which points to it being a laptop issue. I'll test earlier versions as well, if that'd help?
