Through the Crowd and summoner's Detonate

When the prodigy Through the Crowd is sustained the summer ability Detonate (gifts/summon-augmentation) does not work right, at least with Turtle (Shell Shield does not get applied).
I'm tired so I'm just documenting this here to be fixed later.
