[EoR 1.0.3] Sunwall Outpost spawns buildings with no doors

Pretty much what the title says. This zone sometimes spawns buildings that cannot be accessed unless you have a pickaxe. There should probably be a check that each building contains a door.
It looks like this can happen on Dominion Port 3 as well.
