1.4.8 Crimson Robe Not Giving Solipsism Mastery Bonus

I'm playing an adventurer and when I put on a (vaulted) Crimson Robe it gave mastery bonii to Focus, Punishments, and Slaughter but not Solipsism. Solipsism had previously been increased with a Cat point.
My guess is that using a Cat point prevented it somehow, but I have no real clue.
Ashes active and a couple add-ons that shouldn't be relevant (Succor and Auto-use Infusions).
