Provided by Potkeny. Possibly tied to blocking enemies then using elemental split, potentially as a result of counterstrike debuff. Posted here not to lose it.

The exact same thing happened in my last game [1.48 or whatever the most recent version is]. It makes a Stone Warden who wants to use this skill unplayable. I would love to see the bugs around Elemental Split addressed.
