[1.4.8] Legacy of the Naloren and Exotic Weapons Mastery

As it is right now, Legacy of the Nalorens description is quite inaccurate since it actually ADDS levels to exotic weapons mastery, even though the description implies it sets exotic weapons mastery to a certain level.

Hope it fixes the desc, as the effect makes it a noticeable prodigy.
