ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Psiblades description clearly states that all damage multipliers on mindstars should be multiplied by a certain amount, however, only the base values of those mindstars get increase whereas Superpowers and Arcane Mights damage modifiers are left untouched.

It's been this way as long as I know. I'm not sure whether it's actually a bug since it might be overpowered otherwise, but the description should at least be clarified.
