freeze when dual wielding a particular set of mindstars

When trying to wield 2 particular mindstars the game freezes.
The mindstars have:
1) dreamer, purifying ("Arthysus" on character Petnny in the archive)
2) caller, honing ("Brighttyphoon")
When wielded 1 then 2 (hand order doesn't matter) the game freezes. When wielded 2 then 1, everything is fine and a set forms.
I've let the game run for 10 minutes after the freeze with no change in status before killing it.
I am running the zomnibus, escorts enhanced, choose escorts, and the melinda and merchant on the map addon packages.
I've attached the log from a session that consists of me logging in, wielding Arthysus, then wielding Brighttyphoon, and having the game freeze.
