Embers 1.0.3 Healing Salve does not activate Arcane Shield

Currently, using healing salve via a medical injector does not activate the shield proc of the Arcane Blade talent Arcane Shield. Healing salve is a one time direct heal and as written, Arcane Shield should activate when salve is used.
