Seems the item vault addon needs to get updated as it has taken issue with 1.4.7. Trying to access the vault orb in the fortress results in this:

Unless this is a different bug, I've had it for several months at least. As of 1.4.8, I still canot access the item vault, even with a new character created after the patch. I still just get the "offline mode" vault.

try deleting online.profile from C:/users/your account name/T-Engine/4.0/profiles/online/generic while ToME is not running, it worked for me to fix that bug once
the C at the start might be a different letter for you though
it may just be an >50 byte file that says your username and password, but maybe recreating tile file causes ToME to redetermine something, re-enabling access to the online item vault if you could only use the offline one

edit: Nope. Didn't do anything for me. Thanks for the try though.

Edited Edit: After trying it a few times, the vault again seems to be working for me. Thanks again!
