ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I basically am seeing this for a bunch of saves that worked for 1.4.4 but now go to 100 and then stall out, new in 1.4.6. 1.4.5 saves seem to work fine? I'm guess this was a removed file? Only bringing up as it seems an oddly minor thing to break.

That's an Embers file, and I can confirm it does exist in both Embers 1.0.2 and 1.0.3.

Yeah, you're right of course.

Okay, so what happened was:
A bunch of 1.4.x saves that were pre-Embers, and never had anything to do with Embers, were suddenly wanting to load that particle.

By editing their desc to add 'orcs' to the loaded addons, suddenly they work again, but it's pretty weird since they don't have anything that's related to the Embers dlc about them.

It's because your UI might be set to "Steam", which is now bundled inside Orcs.

Mine is set to dark...though I did at some point try steamtech. Don't think it was on all of those characters though.
