[1.4.6] Minor visual bug with healing numbers

I'm currently using Spellblade, but I don't think it's the addons fault.
Elemental Water Stance gives an on hit effect that heals the user (nothing too special). Every time I hit something, I see a little yellow '24' float up (hey the heal amount), But... I also see the log say "Mab receives 23 healing."
I suspect this might be a rounding error, with the visual effect and the log using different rules on how they're rounding (because it's almost certainly a 23.x number with both the heal being to two decimals and the healing mod not being a multiple of 10).
