[1.4.5] CTD with Strafe and poorly-timed death

I was firing with Strafe at a group of monsters, some of whom had multi-turn damaging AOEs active that I was standing in. What appeared to happen was that my shot went off, then the AoEs ticked and killed me, and then Strafe tried to prompt me to move before the Eidolon Plane loaded, causing the crash. I was able to reliably reproduce this with a Saw Horror. I also had some damaging debuffs on me at the time so I'm not completely sure which one ticked to kill me, though looking at the log I'm fairly sure it was Saw Storm.
