ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Playing an Orc Psyshot in Vaporous Emporium, the boss hit me with the confusion status during our fight. When I was damaged down below 50% life, my Orc passive triggered to cleanse the confusion effect. The debuff icon was removed, but the screen blur and the failure chance for actions remained. I even tried to clear it by suiciding with my Blood of Life, but upon resurrection I was still confused.

Same here, happened to me in the Primal Forest. It's making the game a challenge, that's for sure. :-/

EDIT : Screw this, it's unplayable. Time for a restart. Bye-bye, geared-out level 33 buzzsaw orc.

Drats. Wish I'd known that before I asked the Eidolon to let me rest for good. Ah well, hope at least it'll get fixed soon, because it pretty much locks up the whole racial tree for Orcs as is...
