ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Explosive Steam Engine and the Lingering Cloud passive deal no damage to enemies if the engine detonates outside of line of sight. This includes the half walls in the Sunwall Outpost that you can see over but cannot target through.

Giving this a gentle necrobump to confirm it's happening and note it still seems to be present in 1.0.3.
