[1.4.3] Cease To Exist leaves projectiles behind

If an NPC dies with a projectile in flight, when under the talent Cease to Exist, the projectile lives after the NPC does, and you can walk into it and get a nasty surprise, as it still does dmg.

Because the log says something like, the NPC never existed, it makes sense to also remove its projectiles when it dies.

There is an even weirder aspect to this. You can also leave behind one of your temporal bolts, when it is in mid flight and still returning to you.

What's worse, it damages you (!!!!) when you walk into later on. So a bolt that was friendly becomes hostile after cease to exist.
