[1.4.3] Light / Barrier overrides shields instead of adding.

As I understand it, 1.4.x changed damage shields so that they stack, rather than overriding each other.
However, the Celestial / Light skill Barrier still works according to the old rules -- it overrides rune-based damage shields, and if you activate it first rune-based damage shields can't be activated until it wears off.
Is this intentional behavior (perhaps to balance the Celestial / Light tree) or is it a bug?

They actually don't stack, just the stronger one is used.

Well, they kind of do merge if the new one is longer duration, similar to how Bathe in Light worked previously. But Shielding rune is still specifically coded to be unable to activate if you have a shield.

Time shield is a different effect than shielding so they can both exist at the same time just fine.
