It says at file 50 or 51 of 61:

Error: game/modules/boot-te4-1.3.3.team not found!

If I restart the launcher, it stops everytime at this same place. So patch 1.4.0 doesn't complete, and 1.4.1 doesn't even commence.

to use the lunacher use the full version, not the no music version, same as ever
