[1.4.1] Class/Generic skill point floaters

Ok so, basically what this bug does is, it seems to count unspent class points toward the floaters in skills somehow, so as an example on an arcane blade:

with 5 Class points unspent:
with 1 point in Rush
with 2 points in Arcane Combat
with 2 points in Flame and
with 1 point in Lightning

I'm unable to remove 4 class points from Flame, Lightning and Arcane Combat. This bug doesn't occur until you have 3 or more class points unspent, it seems, though I haven't really thoroughly tested this out yet.

Once I've spent all my class points, it resets to letting me float 4 points in class skills.

Some more tests, these two are Cornarc Arcane Blades with addons Zomnibus, Conveyance Reward and Faster Explore (Previous tests were without any addons except Stone Warden, Ashes and Vault)

AB 1:
1 point in Rush, 2 points in Flame and Lightning respectively, both generic starting points spent in Phase and Arcane Reconstruction
Leveled until 5 without entering a safe zone, 5 class points and 3 generics unspent
upon entering a safe zone: only able to remove 3 floating class points, 2 from lightning and 1 from flame; all generic floaters removable

AB 2:
1 point in Rush, 2 points in Flame and Lightning respectively, both generic starting points spent in Phase and Arcane Reconstruction
Immediately left starting zone to enter Dearth, able to remove 4 class points and 2 generic points
Leveled to 5 without returning to a safe zone, entering Dearth: able to remove 2 class points and 2 generic points and just - kill me now.

Okay, I got a save from bpat. Checked last_learnt_talents.class and see the issue. We have T_ACTIVATE_OBJECT_6 and T_ACTIVATE_OBJECT_7 as two of them.
