[1.3.3] Two copies of the same artifact in the LH Graveyard

Hi!
I believe this bug is already known, but I thought I'd submit my log, just in case it might help.
Basically, I was doing the "And Now for a Grave" quest, in the Last Hope Graveyard. Inside the mausoleum, I found the artifact "Golden Three-Edged Sword 'The Truth'" - after clearing the area completely, I discovered I had two copies of that artifact in my inventory.
At that point, I immediately quit the game, so I could post my te4_log.txt file here.
