1.4b3 game stuck

While fighting a random rare/unqiue/boss (not sure), the game stopped worked, I think when I used crippling shot but might have been after cast and before hit.
The game got stuck, and couldn't continue, forcing me to close it.
Attached is te4.log, which shows some interesting loop regarding "[ATTACK] attacking with Gesture of Pain". I wasn't in melee range at the time, so that might involve the bug.
I had to RAR the file, as the txt file is too big (3.08 MB).
