ID: Missing Drops

Rune of the Rift and the Corrupted Sandworm Heart don't appear in the ID.
are they supposed to?
rune of the rift is a quest reward, and corrupted heart is even more special than that, with it being a transmuted boss specific drop.
have you found the iron acorn or... hmm void shard? or the temporal one?
