[1.3.2] bug with Temporal Form's damage boost

As Temporal Form states it, the damage boost to your temporal damage is equal to your highest damage boost + 30% while transformed, which means temporal damage should be back at what's given you by items, talents etc. when you're not transformed anymore.
In the game, after your first transformation wears off (I guess, I noticed this way later than that), your temporal damage boost has changed to your highest damage boost forever and bonus damage from items stops factoring in, it seems.

Confirmed, bug still exists in 1.3.3.
When talent not active ; Temporal bunus dmg = highest bonus dmg.
When talent active ; Temporal bunus dmg = highest bonus dmg + 30%.

This can be big boost for Paradox Mage.
Not sure if intentional, but going by the talent description it should not give any bonus when talent is not active.
