OK ... I am a contributor to this fine game. One of the reasons why I donated was to gain access to the item vault.

I stored some gems in the item vault and I cannot retrieve them! I keep getting a transfer error.

Does anyone else here have this problem?

How does one go about fixing this.

i have not donated yet, so i don't have the features, but mu guess is that gems stack.
why would you store GEMS anyway?

I am running the latest version
I am running this on Windows-10
I do not think I have any addons.
I need to store GEMS because I like playing the Alchemist. Gems are quite useful for this class.

you know alchemist has "extract gems" right?
is it really that difficult to keep gems on hand?

unless you are storing t5 gems...

Extracting Gems is tedious work. I have well over 176 bloodstones and 183 diamonds in my inventory. I would like to deposit these in the vault for my next character, (Alchemist of course).

you know you can upgrade your transmo chest to auto extract gems.
since you are using a vault, i assume you know exactly where.

I already have this modification.

Being an alchemist ... gems are worth more than money.

There may be an issue with removing stackable items from the vault. I think I've run into this before.
