ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I was fighting 'Vor, the Grand Geomancer' with my Paradox Mage and used time skip on him. This triggered an entomb paradox that I used Twist fate to throw down on his location in the bottom left corner of the map. Enemies generally appear adjacent to the obstruction and I was banking on him being forced closer. Instead, he never came back at all. I initially figured he might have died while I was fighting the rest of the enemies and never noticed that I never completed the story objective for killing him. I only realized this after beating the rest of the prides.

I've searched the zone thoroughly and he is nowhere to be found. No errors appeared or anything like that.
