Temporal Hounds Critical Bug - I have only 1 hound left!

Hi, guys. This bug pretty much makes my further game too hard. I can't deactivate the Temporal Hounds ability and now I have only 1 hound (instead of 3) alive at a time.
The following error appears when trying to activate/deactivate the ability:
The 2 other hounds never appear. Please, fix this at least for my character. Maybe you can just remove the sustained ability from the list of active ones?
Btw, the bug first appeared after I defeated 'The Master' boss and was involved in an ork ambush (where the orks take the staff from you).
