[1.3.1] Lore Popup + Escort Reward

If the stars align, and you get a lore popup (from an artifact or something) on the same turn that an escort reaches an escape portal, you don't get tooltips for the talents on mouseover.
Not a problem for veterans, but for new players who aren't sure what talents do, a potentially moderate bug.
