Suffocating on squares listed as grass

Hello,
I was playing a game and found two squares in Trollmire 2 where I was drowning but the squares read as grass.
The character (Ping) is standing on one drowning tile, and there's another to the north of her location.
I have uploaded the save, the addons and the output of Speccy to dropbox for your examination.
