Swapping weapon sets with a weapon on the quickbar

Swapping weapon sets (main hand to off hand or reverse) with one of the weapons on your action quick bar causes a Lua crash *and* deletes the item. In my case, I was switching from Eye of the Wyrm (paired with a mindstar) to some random junk I'd armed myself from earlier.

I have a savefile I can provide, but it seems like it should be very easy to reproduce this.

really? when i try to do that it just says something like "you need to equip the item to use it".

what version, for what system, steam or otherwise are you using, modede or vanilla?

Steam version, no non-steam-ui add-ons, version 1.3.1. No DLC either.

I'd attach the save, but I'm having trouble finding where they're hidden.

The exact reproduction steps for me are:
1) have Eye of the Wyrm as primary weapon on off-set
2) have "of flames" mindstar as secondary weapon on off-set
3) have Eye of the Wyrm as activateable in F6 slot
4) have longsword in main set primary weapon and misc mindstar (something that doesn't match with wyrmic) as secondary weapon
5) bring up equipment window and try to swap weapons:
5a) stacktrace appears
5b) weapon has disappeared from equipment
5c) weapon has disappeared from quickbar

It's possible it has something to do with the extra mindstar, but I doubt that.

Posting the error message here would help.

Right, sorry, I should have thought of that. Here's a screenshot:
