Menus won't scroll

I have played TOME with multi finger scrolling for quite a while. Suddenly it stops working. Not only that, but I also can scroll through the skills menu (or any other) by clicking on the scroll bar that appears. The only recourse is to rebind the keys each and every time.

pretty sure the scroll bar never worked to begin with.
unless you are playing on some device, then i cannot confirm it.
on windows i have to use arrow keys. always had to, and probably will be for a long time.

It did up until me redownloading it from Steam. Sounds like more than one person can be helped by this.
If there is no easy fix for this, then hopefully something can be put into TOME by DarkGod.
