ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So I finished the antimagic quest, then just cleared out Derth of the electric elementals and headed immediately over to Zigur. But Zigur's missing Protector Myssil! I'm playing a Thalore Summoner, and have gotten Fungus on other antimagic characters before. I'm running on Ubuntu.

I was really looking forwards to finally getting through the earlygame without dying, but I was also really looking forwards to using Ancestral Life. Is there any way to fix this?

Realized that wasn't really helpful in figuring out what's wrong. What files should I attach?

Not sure at all, but stunt will probably want a look at your savefile.
