ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Hello, I used to play this game about a year ago and I had many classes unlocked and some achievements, but then I left it for some time and didn't play at all.

I decided to come back to it few days ago, I've changed my operating system since, so I downloaded it again, checked my account online and in the game... and everything is gone. It tells me that my account is active since 42 weeks, but I don't have any characters, achievements, classes unlocked, nothing. Is there anything I can do about it or do I have to unlock everything again...?

1. have you logged in in the game, and not just browser?
2. have you waited? or did you just went in and out?
3. sometimes it may not happen the first time, try to relog a few times, maybe play for a few minutes.

Yes, I logged in the game and I don't have any data there too. I waited few days, played, checked in both places and still nothing is back.

hmm... if you checked the steam account achievement, it may not be linked to the tome account.
this is about as far as i could help.

I saw somebody had an issue like this in the in-game chat, and his resolved itself once he had a character die. Have you tried that?

Since the site is currently down, further recovery attempts will have to wait.
However, unlocks can be easily restored by editing the unlock file.

For your issue however, you could hop onto IRC and ask stunt. He keeps a good number of copies of addons lieing around.
