ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I created a new Anorithil, and when Gates of Morning finished loading, the background tiles were all black. Just a graphical glitch, and was fixed when I restarted the game. I don't know what to look for in the log file for something like this, since it wasn't a crash or anything, so made a copy of the log file just in case. Here's a link to everything starting from the previous character's death uploaded to pastebin. (died->make new character->load in->see bug)
I didn't look at the bug reporting thread before closing the game, so I didn't try disabling shaders- sorry.

Running Windows 7 Enterprise.
