ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Hi, so maybe this is not a bug and works as intended, but I found Eternity's Counter in the master's dungeon and kept flipping it until it gave me 110% resist all and -110% or so speed. If you flip it twice in a row he will keep increasing the bonuses forever. I stopped at 110%, but I guess I could go on and on. So what happened is that I kept it on my talent bar as an escape mechanism for my rogue. And indeed, after leaving the dungeon the orcs attacked and I was as good as dead. Equipped the item and was taking very little damage. Then I tried clicking on flurry to see what happens, and of course there were millions of attacks on my poor-very-low-health rogue. I thought I was dead for sure right? Right? Wrong. I happened to be wearing Untouchable, and I think the game considered that was those attacks were only one attack. Result? A 1.000.000 power damage shield!!! And I'm still alive.

Am I unkillable like this? Coz if I am, this is definitely a bug.

I'm guessing Charm Mastery is causing problems.

Well, AFAIK Eternity's Counter is not a charm, is it? In any case, I do have one point in Charm Mastery.

That talent affects all item use cooldowns.

Hi, I just managed to reproduce this bug with another character, a Chronomancer that doesn't have Charm Mastery, which rules out Housepet's guess.
