ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I know that some walls are tagged as non-diggable, but since 1.3.1 using the dig talent does absolutely nothing. On every type of wall, with different characters and different pickaxes, nothing happens when I use the skill. The game still asks for the direction of the digging, but then nothing happens. No message, nothing.

Weird. Also annoying. :/ Can you try that again and post the relevant snippet of your logfile?

Does this happen without any addons loaded?

Hi guys, I think you can delete this thread. After a while playing I found out what was the problem. The thing is that on my talent bar the icon that I thought was the digging skill was actually just the pickaxe itself. It's not exactly a bug, but I guess an item that does nothing shouldn't be allowed to have a key assigned to it, right?

Well, it allows you to swap tools without opening the inventory.

Good point. Can I put any item in the quick item bar? Could be nice to have magic resist groups so I can equip swap quickly according to the threat of the moment...

You can put any equipable item on the bar, but it takes a turn to equip things.
