Help, can't get out of Temporal Reprieve

I was fighting Tannen, and had just killed him. I used Temporal Reprieve to give myself a moment to rest before fighting his dragon thing, but I never left the reprieve. I have no idea what could have caused this, there wasn't any error report or anything. First time getting this far, and I'd rather it didn't end like this.
