[1.3.1] Caustic Mire: inaccurate (or misleading) description

All creatures caught in the mire will also suffer a X% slowness effect.
So it'd be natural to assume that these creatures should have their global speed modified by a (100 - X) factor, right? According to their tooltip, it's actually (100 - 2/3 X)

(I think I've noticed this also with other "slow" talents, although I can't remember which ones, but it might be a general problem.)

100% slow means the target takes 100% more time to do any action. Which means going from 100 to 50 global speed.

It's not misleading really. It's the sanest way to make slow happen without making it too OP to stack.
