It even works in Vaults (and Charred Scar(?), not been there yet with a Doomelf) that explictly says that Teleporting don't work.

While handly and very worth the racial slot, i'm not sure its intended

Teleporting in Vaults has been changed.
You can now teleport inside a vault, from inside a vault out, but not from outside a vault in to it.
