[1.3.1] Cease To Exist reversion leaves frozen Temporal Bolt

A couple of times on my paradox mage I've killed something while Cease To Exist was on it and ended up with an immobile Temporal Bolt projectile stuck in a tile after the world reset. I don't remember if they were in flight when cease to exist was cast or when the target died. The bolt hurts anything including myself that walks into it and does not vanish. It also counts as hostile and breaks resting and auto-explore.
