ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I just noticed that my Celerity and Time Dilation passives were not triggering. I looked at the skills and they are showing a 0 turn duration. Only mod I'm using is Talent Point Planner. Really confused about this:

1.3.1 changed the duration of some chronomancy effects to scale based on paradox, but doesn't restrict them to positive duration at low paradox. 1.3.2 will fix this. So, you can wait, or just keep your paradox recklessly high.
