[1.3.1] Elemental Discord blind

Elemental Discords blind on taking acid damage ignores blind res. I had 100% blind immunity, and Argoniel's Elemental discord was blinding me every time it was off cooldown. Unsure if the other effects ignore resists, as I only used acid damage.
