ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Ever since the 1.3 update I am getting Black Recource Bars when I load a save (not every time,appears to be kind of random). This has happened four times since 1.3.1 while it only happened once in 1.3 (note that I played a lot more of 1.3 than 1.3.1). The only way of fixing this problem appears to be to reinstall the game which is kind of annoying (I did not try disabling any addons that don't really affect recource bars).

I found out what the error is. Apparently ToME doen't like it when you already started streaming before loading a character, resulting in those black bars.
