TV screen monitor can't fit blue info box

As the subject says, I use a large tv screen as my monitor. This game is perfect for it because I can move (nearly) all the UI elements to fit my screen; however the blue info box can't be moved, and I cannot see half of it on my screen. Can you make it possible to move the blue info box around please?
