[1.3.0] Frost Lord's Chain permanent ability granted

When Frost Lord's Chain is equipped +2 Shivgoroth Form is granted. If item is removed, ability is taken off bar. As intended.
Use ability to take on Shivgororth form, ability is replaced with a freeze ability. Take off Chain. When form wears off the freeze ability reverts to Shivgoroth Form. Chain is now not equipped but ability to transform can still be used. Item can be thrown away and the ability is retained.
